However, I don't think Emailer uses the Stuffit Engine to handle file encoding. I think it only uses it to stuff and unstuff attachments should that action be needed. I'm pretty sure all the file encoding (base64, AppleDouble, whatever) is handled directly by Emailer. So it shouldn't be a Stuffit issue.
