I don't know how Time Warner sets up their outgoing (SMTP) servers,
but if you are lucky, they have them set like my local cable carrier
(Cablevision) does. They use IP authentication, so only people
connected to their network can send, but as long as you are connected
to their network, then you don't need any authentication. This works
very well with Emailer :-)
