More info on your settings, and we can probably tell you how to correct Emailer to work without Internet Config again.

I seem to recall the Emailer Custom Settings patch has a pref for passing the click to the message instead of to the browser window. You can download the patch from Fog City's web site. Read the directions that come with it to see what all it can change, how to make the changes, and how to install the patch (it is really easy, and since you likely know your way around ResEdit, it should be even easier for you).
