Hi, Well you certainly fixed the lull. I hesitated to reply since I only use Emailer now to look up old messages but since I am still on the list I guess that should count for something. Still holding out hope for a cocoa version of Emailer. Emailer was working fine on my MDD 1.25 G4 in Classic and OS 10.3.9 and earthlink dsl but I wanted to get away of always having Classic open. Now I very seldom need to open Classic as I have found adequate substitutes for almost all of my old applications. About the only apps I haven't replaced yet are Claris Cad and DeltaGraph and I don't use either very often. Waiting on 10.5.x before I upgrade, probably via a new computer.
BTW, several years back while I was on dial up and OS 9 I had trouble with sending mail and the customer service person gave me the actual IP address to use. Apparently a look up table was corrupted somewhere. That worked fine for a year or so until they changed smtp servers and then it was back to the drawing board. By then the normal address lookup was working but be aware that the actual IP address may change at any time. S.
