The following will work, IF the addresses you want to grab are the SENDER of the mails.
1. Make a folder. 1b. Make a group "WEGOTTHEM" in your address book. 2. Move the messages into the folder (as a way to set the mails apart and not have the addresses of other mails). 3. Define a mail action that applies to condition = "All Mail" 4. Specify action: - add sender to address book - add sender to group "WEGOTTHEM" 5. Goto the folder where all your mails are 6. Select all Apple-A 7. Run the script "Apply mail actions" (but be sure that no other unwanted mail actions are active) 8. Export the address book as text or LDIF or whatever format. 9. You're done.
