Some suggestions: - Is there a way to specify on the PC to generate a PDF version 3 ?
- Does the camera tool produce a file with a PDF extension ? Was the name truncated or the extension damaged ? - If on the Windows side you SAVE the document to a lower WORD version such as WORD 97, does that help ? - Of you PRINT PREVIEW the WOrd doc on the Mac, using a PostScript printer driver, does the empty box then generate a picture that maybe WORD Mac cant show, but the PostScript software CAN show or print ?
