The only thing you can do is set up a default email account to send all 
new mail from. If you want to use a different 'send via', you must change 
it in the drop down menu at the top right of your outgoing email.  

However all replies to mail sent from a different account will be 'sent 
via' that account but all forwards and redirects will be sent by the 
default account unless you select a different one.

Not much help really but maybe using a different default 'send via' 
account would be better for you.
