Are you sure she didn't just do a Reply All which due to the way the
list is setup, will result in a copy going to the list and then to
you, and a copy going direct to you... this will result in two copies
getting to you. (I am doing the same thing here, so you should get
two copies of this email, one direct from me, and one via the list).
I think you just picked a bad example email to look into. There is a
known issue with Emailer in Classic on 10.4 where periodically a
stray email (or two) will be left behind in the Temp Incoming folder
resulting in it being unpacked a 2nd time on your next connection.
I think you are seeing that 10.4 problem happening. There is no
currently known solution.
