Sorry Folks Third time lucky. First I would suggest you make the SPAM mail action the last in the list so you other manil actions get the chance to work first. Then as long as you have the mail action set up as per the attached picture it should work fine. This one tales mails from FEDEX and DHL and files them for me readiny for reading.
