Might it just be, that [EMAIL PROTECTED] database has grown too large? My wife wasn't able to send or receive email just recently and we discovered that the mail database of OE was 32 MB. After deleting tons of old stuff from the mail database and rebuilding it all was working well again.... (The [EMAIL PROTECTED] programmers did OE as well, so they might have the same limit in the database... might be a limit of OS 8.6 or OS 9 as well...)
