Following an outline presented by Chris, I constructed a spam filtering routine within Emailer that works like gangbusters. I realize that this may not be as good as whatever you are doing, but if it¹s of any interest, email me offlist and I will send details.
Upon connecting, it deposits good emails in the ³in² box and spam in the ³spam² folder (which you set up), with virtually 99% accuracy. You can eyeball the spam folder for any good email which might have slipped through, and then dispatch the rest with their attachments with one click, using the ³shred messages² script. The routine is a bit of a bother to set up initially. After ³tweaking² for about a week, it gets very close to optimum. This doesn¹t use any outside thing, nor rely on anything to prescreen your email (with possibility of bouncing some of your good incomings), it all goes on within Emailer.
