I have a PNY Attaché that works fine on both Mac and Win. It comes formatted in the Windows format (Fat 16), and mounts fine on the Mac side (both OS 9.1 and OS 10.4.8). It also mounts fine in Windows XP in Parallels in OS 10.4.8. I think that most thumb drives work just the same. PNY is a big name. Or you can go into any Apple Store and buy what they're selling.
