Yes, open the control panel and change the time. If you want to use
network time, then change the time zone so it will sync with the
correct time. :-p
(I know, that isn't what you wanted to hear, but I actually spent the
last two days fielding calls from people freaking out about how to
handle the new DST changes as if this was going to implode the
universe worse than y2k).
