Do you have the Emailer Custom Settings patch installed? If not, I'd
do that and try tidbits again. This patch changes the way Emailer
sends its From address, which depending on which headers Tidbits is
looking at to match, could cause them to see incorrect info without
the patch installed.
You can get the patch from Fog City's web site (www.fogcity.com,
check in their Emailer Utilities section). Directions are included on
how to install it.
