OK, Sheafe, I'll do it after July 4th. I have a big project
laying out the concert program booklet for the 24th annual
Pops-in-the-Park July 4th concert featuring the Reno Philharmonic
Orchestra, which takes place at Mormon Station State Park in
Genoa, the historic first town settled in Nevada in the mid
1800's.

Incidentally, I lay out this thing using Ready-Set-Go 4.5a,
the ancient (1988), lean-and-mean (516k) page layout program
which will do just about anything. In order to get it across
to our printer's Windows machines, I just use "Print to PDF"
on my WallStreet running 9.2.2.

Last year our organization which puts on the concert made
about $4000 from ads placed in this program booklet, which
helped to put on the (free) concert attended by 3000+.

This is my main activity in retirement after 46 years of
teaching college math, other than enjoying life here on the
Nevada side of Lake Tahoe.

Since anyone still running Emailer is a "retro," all this
further confirms my "retro" status.

This is more than you wanted to know. But we are a
"community" and it doesn't hurt to get to know each other.

No, I just made it "by hand" in SimpleText, then copied and
pasted it into Emailer's "Signatures" setup window, and it
became my default signature. But I've done many things by
simple AppleScript recording, including my daily one-click
backup of Emailer's Mail Database & Mail Index to my external
hard drive. All this with Mac smarts way below that of the
average inhabitant of this list.

Best regards,

Bill
