Seems as if I remember there being a way to screen HTML files anonymously........ ? create a "firewall" entity where, instead of .html files going into the Emailer Downloads (as mine do now) I could look at the file without disclosing my identity to the Sender..... Trashing the files that are spam/porn/etc., and Saving the ones that are Friendly/Useful.
Is this possible? or have we already gone over this? Incidentally, I have eMailer set to receive mail as Text, therefore putting .html files into the Downloads folder which I keep in the Claris Emailer Folder. BUT, that means I still must open the individual files to see if I want to SAVE. Not good,..... for me. I downloaded the script file that says "Trash Message + enclosures"..... but the enclosures never are trashed, and an onscreen message tells me something to that effect.... the script didn't do what it promised..Trash Enclosure... rather, it becomes part of the Downloads folder. thus I have to look at the html file before I know I want to Trash it..... defeating the purpose of the script. Advice/ Information is appreciated.
