I found that the WaMCom version of Mozilla appeared to work pretty well. I was using that up until the end of 2006 when I finally moved totally off OS 9.
The only problem I ever had with it was an odd conflict with it and AIM when AIM would send events telling WaMCom to open a new browser window. If you don't have AIM opening lots of browser windows, it shouldn't end up being an issue.
