Greg,
Actually you don't need to go to a Microsoft product because Apples
Mail is very usable once you get used to it.
Try Mail, there is a good support group started now and we will all
help you as much as possible.

Subject: State of the Port Address?
I now have access to a machine (actually, two) capable of running
OS X,
so alternatives to eMailer are something that I can actually consider
now, which has never been the case before. But, I don't want to
give up
my eMailer, so what I really want to know is the state of the
project to
port eMailer to OS X, or at least replicate the functionality on
OS X. So
how are things going with that?
Try Microsoft Entourage (part of Microsoft Office). It will look
and feel
quite similar to Claris Emailer. Entourage will also import your
messages,
contacts and signatures from Claris Emailer 2.0v3. Entourage will
sync its
address book with Apple's Address Book.app if you select the Entourage
preference, so you will then have access to Entourage's address
book in your
other Mac applications that access Address Book.app.
