For some reason when I download the window shows the number and
subject of what is being downloaded. When its finished and I look

Claris desktop and find they are not there.
Two options come to mind. 1: you have mail actions that are filing
the emails somewhere so you aren't noticing them. or 2: If you quit
Emailer and then start again, do the emails suddenly appear? If so,
you are likely running Emailer in Classic under OS X and have
the .DS_Store problem. To cure it, quit Emailer, start it again to
finish unpacking any messages. Then quit Emailer again. Then go into
the Emailer Files Folder, and delete the Temp Incoming folder. Then
close ALL (every last one) open windows. Then start Emailer again and
the problem should be gone.
