Ans: Gmail is Google's standalone mail client, doing the job of other mail clients: ex. Entourage (Microsoft) Thunderbird (Mozilla) Outlook Express (Microsoft,) Eudora (Qualcomm) Mail (Apple) .... to name but a few. Emailer is also a standalone email client (originally developed by Claris, which was bought out by Apple and then "killed"..... becoming unsupported by Apple around OS 8.5.... I think.) If you mean, can Emailer files be transferred to Gmail, I suspect there are transferrable files, but I'm not certain.
