I have not been following Yersinia's saga carefully, but I have seen some of
the postings.  

Note that Yersinia is using Cybernex as her ISP:

Yersinia <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>


Take a look at what Cybernex says about their ports.  To send mail through
them, you have to be connected to them by being "dialed into a NuNet local
access number...."

E-Mail Settings Information for NuNet, Inc. Customers

The incoming (POP3) server is POP3.NNI.COM
The outgoing (SMTP) server is SMTP.NNI.COM

We no longer support relaying on our mail servers. What this means is that
unless you are a NuNet customer that is dialed into a NuNet local access
number, you will not be able to use our mail servers to send mail. If you
are a customer that uses another ISP to connect into NuNet, you will need to
use their outgoing SMTP mail server.
