Have you taken the steps to delete Temp Incoming files?..... as was suggested in recent posts? (Go to your Claris Emailer Folder -> Claris Emailer Files -> Temp Incoming. Move the Temp Incoming file to the Trash. Then, Quit Claris Emailer. Repeat this process until your messages unpack as you ask for them.)
