Hi Bea,

1. Pull down the Setup menu item and select Signatures.
2. In the "Signature List" box which opens, click on the "New" button.
3. In the "Signature Entry" box which opens, FIRST enter a "Signature 
Name" which will identify the  signature which will be =newly created= 
from all other listed signatures.
4. Then, in the "Signature Entry" box create the desired signature. As an 
example, I have a Signature named "Idiot" which is as follows:

5. After you are satisfied with the new signature, click the "Save" box.
6. To use your newly created signature, after you create an outgoing 
email, pull down the "Signature: Default for account" menu at the BOTTOM 
of the outgoing email box and select the name of the desired signature. 
[If you leave the "Default for account (Random)" setting selected, a 
signature will be selected randomly from the ones listed for that 
particular email.]
7. To verify that the desired signature was used, cc; yourself on the 
email.
