Bea-- Yes, the thousands of emails were imported successfully from the Clairs Emailer database and were retained in their proper folders. Entourage creates a new Inbox and America Online seems to default as IMAP, not POP. I have had to set up a rule to move the emails into the Entourage Inbox from the IMAP server inbox. I have it set up so they are not deleted from AOL until they scroll off in about a month. I haven't looked at Entourage support areas for suggestions on rule building. What I have done so far just gets the most basic job done.
