GoT a good one for you. I discovered that my response to some of
the messages I send are ending up in my delete box. I discoverd that I
have about 16,000 messages in there and figured that it was overfull.
Does anybody have more than that?
Yesterday I decided to create a separate 'Send' folder of my own
with the intention of
selecting the oldest messages from 1997 through 1999 - and transferring
them to this folder. I found the easiest way was to drag them from the
Send Folder to the Out Folder and from there to the separate 'send'
folder I created.
-Before I got to that point I found that the messages I saw in the
systems 'Send' folder dated from 1997 thru September 1999 are no longer
there! So Claris must be automatically deleting the oldest messages -
perhaps as I send messages out !!
Is this what IS happening? And is there any way I can save the
rest before they get deleted in a simpler way than i found above ??
But what an amazing application that it still allows me to go on
working without shutting the whole system down! YEH CLARIS :))
