Simone, We are working on adding control messages that will contain radio to router interface (R2RI) information. This information will be streamed out of an NEM (MAC to Transport) at a configurable rate and will contain queue metrics and neighbor metrics. Additional mechanisms will be added to present the information to application space.
Per queue metrics will include: Queue Id Max queue size Current queue depth Number of queue discards Average queue delay Per neighbor metrics will include: Number of Rx frames Number of Tx frames Number of frames missed Bandwidth consumption SINR average/standard deviation Noise Floor average/standard deviation Rx average data rate Tx average data rate There will also be some self node metrics. Configuration information, such as power level and data rate will be accessible via the Emulation Control Port and runtime modifiable.
