John, you need to convert the receive power to SINR and look at the
default PCR curve files for the data rate you are using.  Assuming you
are using default parameters, the receiver sensitivity will be about
-97.  Based on the plots, it looks like the lowest SINR value is about
17.  This means only the 48Mbps and 54Mbps rates would experience loss
while all other rates will have no loss.
