I have a vehicle's velocity as x,y,z in GCC Cartesian coordinates and need to convert it to spherical (azimuth, elevation, magnitude) to put them in an EMANE LocationEvent_Location_Velocity variable. What is the spherical reference frame? IOW, is azimuth based on true North and elevation based on the ellipsoid?
