Vijay, for the open source models (RFPipe, TDMA and IEEE80211abg), take a look at the documentation on Git. Both RFPipe and IEEE80211abg will allow you to configure the transmit rate for each node which can be different. For TDMA, you have much more control on how you want to configure your network.
