Mercury Quality Center) * Black or white box testing experience * Ensure Compliance with established methodologies * Strong communications/interpersonal/organizational skills a must. * Self motivated, self-directed and independent thinking yet team player * Proven ability to build strong partnerships with technical and business partners * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another technical field *Tools / Technologies : * SOAPScope, XMLSpy, HL7, Unix, WebSphere, AIX, IBM MQ, IBM Websphere Message Broker, EDI messages (ex.
