The *Program Manager (PM)* is *Accountable Directly* to the executive business sponsor for delivery of the* initiative across all business and technology activities *and *resources. * Therefore, the *PM* possesses *strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills,* as well as is fluent in *both business and technology *aspects of delivering complex solutions. Major projects are typically global and cross-organizational in nature, therefore the PM has experience delivering in distributed, global organizations, across complex application suites including both distributed and mainframe platforms.
