Varied experience in following areas is required: o Rich and varied IT solutions design and development experience o Architecture principles and frameworks (*TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, DOD*etc.) o Application and Integration design methodologies, standards and best practices (*SOA, OOAD, AOP*) o Business requirements gathering, Joint Application Design (*JAD*), Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Business Process Decomposition processes o Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience o UML and Business process modeling o Enterprise Application Integration (*EAI*) and business integration o Industry standard processes (*SDLC, CMMI, Change Mgmt, ITIL*, etc.) o Familiarity with User Interfaces (Web, GUI, Legacy, Handhelds) and usability methodologies o Data warehouse design and data modeling o Disaster recovery and business availability o Vendor package selection (Leverage, Build and Buy decisions) o Familiarity with Audit and compliance policies (*SOX, HIPAA*) o Technical and Infrastructure architecture design experience is desirable Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies is required: o Java , J2EE, EJB and JMS, Web services and XML o Java Application Servers (WebSphere, JBoss) o Web Servers o C++ , .NET or COBOL development o* IBM MQ* integration environments o* COGNOS* and/or Oracle reporting environments o IDMS, Oracle and/or SQL Server database technologies o Windows, Z/OS, Solaris and Varieties of Linux operating systems Education: Bachelors degree is computer science. Related technical undergraduate degree, or related experience. Relevant Experience Required: 10 years in IT. 5+ years in IT Architecture and application design.
