Functions as project manager for the largest and most complex projects. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets. May perform quality assurance function, systems testing and user acceptance. Works directly with senior management of all organizational areas, and is considered the highest-level functioning expert. Contractor shall be responsible for business *requirements gathering and analysis on Online Banking (OLB) projects, using RUP Methodology*: Contractor must be familiar with problem and requirements elicitation techniques, and *must have demonstrable experience of creating Use Case-based business requirements*. Contractor shall analyze the systems impact of business requirements for applications including, but not limited to, internet banking, *Wells Fargo vSafe(SM) and bill pay/presentment*. Contractor shall follow Wells Fargo and OLB internal processes.
