This is a 3 - 6 month contract assignment. *Requirements: * 1. Bachelor degree and a minimum of three years PeopleSoft experience is a MUST 2. Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft application software implementation experience, design, development, integration, testing, deployment and operations 3. In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft products and tools preferably benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, training and development and compensation 4. Consulting experience is required. 5. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 6. Must have strong decision making skills 7. Must have time management skills and the ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities 8. Must be skilled in conflict resolution and providing direction. 9. Must be able to interface with all levels in an organization. Perform project assessment, direction, planning, customization design, development, administration, training and implementation of a major recent implementation. Person will have been through and performed similar roles with PeopleSoft implementation(s). This is a PeopleSoft consulting role for someone with specialized expertise that will instill confidence and provide this company the direction and support with ongoing implementation and customization efforts.
