PLEASE NOTE **RESUME WITHOUT CONFIRMED RATE AND CONTACT INFORMATION (Phone # and EMAIL ID) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. *Oracle System Integration Specialist* Contract to HIRE 6 months **********Only for candidates who do not require sponsorship************ Location: Mechanicsville, VA Rate: $50-55/hr Client: Perot Systems, please be sure they have not been submitted previously *Skills: *• Minimum of 6 years Oracle HRMS functional & technical experience. • Functional & Technical knowledge of the following Oracle ERP modules: iRecruitment and Performance/Talent Management • Functional & technical knowledge of Oracle Payroll, Advanced Benefits, HR, Self-Service (Manager & Empolyee) applications desirable. • Experience creating, modifying & troubleshooting workflow processes. • Personalization of iRecruitment & Performance/Talent Management screens using OA Framework • Proficient in the functionality involved in Creating Vacancies, Searching Vacancies and applicants, creating offer Letters, Hiring Applicants • Proficient in the functionality involved in the set ups of Appraisal Templates, Questionnaire Templates, Competency Templates, Objective Templates, Goals Configuration • Experience with Linux or Unix, Oracle 10g, Oracle 11.5.10 Apps, Oracle APIs, Workflow Builder, OA Framework, XML • Knowledge of full life cycle of software application implementation methodology. • Collaborative development skills and strong communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with both technical IT staff and business community users. • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Experience with Microsoft Office suite *Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *• Provide high-level production support and enhancement to the existing Oracle HR modules which requires hands-on involvement of functional processes and analytical skills in issues resolution. • Work effectively with users to troubleshoot problems with iRecruitment and Performance/Talent Management (including Appraisal) • Have at least one full life cycle implementation experience of each of iRecruitment and Performance/Talent Management. • Implement new functionality within the iRecruitment and Performance/Talent Management modules • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues by identifying corrective setups or technical changes required. • Ability to implement application setup/configuration changes. • Work in Onsite/Offshore model in which majority of technical efforts performed by offshore team. • Troubleshoot existing custom processes, reports, and interfaces. • Work with 3rd party vendors to address interface issues. • Identify and document business requirements for enhancements or system changes. • Utilize SQL to develop ad-hoc queries. • Perform functional and technical testing as necessary and help key users with their testing efforts. • Assisting with development and testing related to support and enhancement requests. • Troubleshoot and setup various HR approval rules using Approvals Management Engine.
