Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a Siebel related project. Requirements: 4 year degree from an accredited college. 3+ years experience as a business analyst in a large enterprise environment. Must have strong facilitation skills. Proven ability to interface with business users and understand their requirements. Proven ability to document business requirements and translate those requirements for the IT staff. Proven ability to document process flows. Must have strong communication and "people" skills. Must be proficient in developing Use Cases. Must provide sample of prior work. Experience with Siebel 8.
