Extension depends on 2009 funding. We require a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to help drive this deployment of a Lean Six Sigma capability globally. Training/Liaison experience is required. Key deliverables: . Lead 1 large scale Black Belt Continuous Improvement project . Coach 1 other Black belt project to a successful completion. . Coach 20 Green Belt projects to a successful completion. . Technical: o Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified o Six Sigma experience from a Tranasactional/Service background o Advanced user of Lean Six Sigma techniques, tools and methods o 2+ years of direct experience as a Black Belt with demonstrated success leading, facilitating and executing multiple transactional projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies o Technical mastery of Lean Six Sigma skills such as DMAIC, DFSS, Lean and process management o Significant experience of Project Management and Project Management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project) o Knowledge of Minitab or other statistical software packages Project Leadership . Lead one specific Black Belt scale project as assigned (approx $250k return) . Apply the DMAIC methodology throughout . Schedule regular Tollgates and project reviews with sponsors Change Leadership . Partners with Management on how to be more effective in managing change; . Contributes to the development of a sound and compelling business case for projects; . Identifies and communicates impact of proposed change initiatives; .
