Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public *Position Responsibilities:* 1. Designs the business logic for a client server application (e.g., simple business objects, business object specifications, complex business processes/specifications). 2. Codes business logic, GUI interfaces and database interfaces using various languages (C/C++, .NET, XML, C#) and database specific code (e.g., OCI, ODBC). 3. Designs and develops elements or portions of GUIs and screens. 4. Develops screen application templates. 5. Designs windows, dialogues, menus and toolbars for complex processes and workflows. 6. Develops and coordinates the testing process for small application releases or complex software enhancements and changes. 7. Assists in designing the database structure (e.g., modifies a schema, tests changes, recommends procedures). 8. Analyzes and develops recommendations for data structure. 9. Researches and resolves basic hardware and software problems. 10. Tests, debugs and installs to support an organization's client/server software applications. 11. Researches and stays current on client/server related issues and technologies. 1. Performs other related duties as assigned.
