PLEASE NOTE **RESUME WITHOUT CONFIRMED RATE AND CONTACT INFORMATION (Phone # and EMAIL ID) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. *JcPenny* *Location*: Plano, TX *Rate*: $DOE *Duration*: 12 months *Title:* Informatica ETL Technical Lead *Notes*: *Must be a citizen or Green Card holder.* *Daily* *Duties*: - Responsible for the ETL design, development, testing and deployment of the Enterprise Data Warehouse Project - Leads ETL development team and integration testing activities and assists in UAT as needed - Coordinate the activities of ETL developers both onshore and offshore - Develops detailed ETL program specifications for self and others. - Mentors and coaches other ETL developers - Responsible for understanding user requirements and translating those requirements into well designed solutions - Ensures that programs are functionally appropriate and technically sound. Understands interdependencies and acts to avoid problems. - Complies with project management methodology requirements as appropriate - Performs design & code review functions for EDW/DM projects - Researches and recommends alternative actions for ETL problem resolution with minimal direction. Analyzes trends to proactively prevent problems. *Experience*: · Position typically filled by candidate having 5-7 years BI/DW related experience with 3-4 years' experience designing and developing solutions using Informatica. *Core* *Competencies*: Strong technical and leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple ETL developers (onshore and offshore) in large and complex Enterprise Data Warehouse projects. Must be able to independently complete root-cause analysis, design solutions, write simple and complex ETL Processes, perform testing, provide documentation, and implement large projects. Ability to review the technical work of other ETL developers, analyze and resolve problems of medium and high complexity.
