Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to propose changes to processes and systems to meet business needs. This includes the following key areas: Developing functional requirements that include problem definition, situation analysis and process mapping Identifying solution alternatives and recommendations Facilitating test management plans Assist with all aspects of information needs for business lines including working with the team to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project tasks and milestones. Liaise with the quality assurance team to assist with the planning and execution of the testing phase Assist with facilitating communications and training needs in the use of HR processes and systems. *Experience: **Relevant experience for the role* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. Demonstrated experience with *PeopleSoft version 8.8 or 9.0 required* with strong *functional background in the Core HR* and *Self-service modules*. Knowledge of the *North American Payroll and Time & Labour modules preferred.* 5 years experience with a combination of both HR information systems and one or more HR functions. 6 Experience using a structured project management and systems development methodology required. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
