As for the technical skills, WCF and WF are must-have. You may want to get a C# or C+ developer who is willing to do SDET. Responsibility: The candidate’s major responsibility includes providing support to the Microsoft engineering team through the creation of test plans, test automation, infrastructure builds, tool evaluations, tool usage best practices, researching applicable solutions to testing problems, providing a strong level of support for end to end scenario testing from an SDET point of view.
