*A Hyperion Planning Consultant must be able to manage their own work effort
for individual projects in accordance with Oracle’s methodology and industry
project management practices. This includes, but is not limited to, the
following activities: ***
* *
*·** **Identify opportunities for expanding business in existing
clients ***
*·** **Able to speak intelligently about a EPM vision at a holistic
level*
*·** **Manage schedule for your work as defined in the project plan
and in accordance with the statement of work. *
*·** **Actively identify and escalate issues and risks associated
with the project to the Design Expert/Project Manager using standard (AIM)
methodology. Assist in troubleshooting, and taking corrective action.*
*·** **Identify scope changes and discuss/recommend potential
solutions with Project Manager and identify the project impact of such
changes.*
*·** **Assist the project manager in keeping the client informed of
progress, issues, and risks through regular written and verbal
communications.*
*·** **Provide timely and accurate reporting of hours, expenses and
schedule.*

*PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS*
*·** **Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited
to) Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS or
equivalent experience and three years experience in a related field. CPA
and/or MBA preferred.*
*·** **Consistent success with individual responsibilities on at
least 4 projects over a two-year time period, or equivalent experience with
the Hyperion Planning solution.*
*·** **Knowledgeable of budgeting, planning and forecasting
processes*
*·** **Experience with advanced forecasting concepts like driver
based forecasting*
*·** **Ability to complete implementation work with minimal
direction and assist less experienced team members*
*·** **Ability to lead parts of a design session *
*·** **Ability to create project documentation*
