Client is seeking BPM Architect with strong Java/J2EE background. Should
have strong experience in architecting and implementing TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS
Experience on BEA Aqualogic BPM suite in designing the business workflows
Experience in financial industry with main focus on GL accounting, Ref data
and various adjustment functionality is a MUST
Ability to interact with business users and conceptualize the reqts into BPM
workflows
Knowledge
- Structured analysis and programming techniques
- Standard coding and testing techniques
- Relational and applied database design
- Customer service principles and practices
- Corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of database design and file design
- Design principles as related to application and/or system performance
- Principles of logic as applied in computer programming
1)Strong Java / J2EE architect with UML design backgroud
2) Experience in designing and architecting TIBCO Business works, EMS
3) BPM Architect level concepts and experience
4) The candidate should be good in communication both verbal and written.
5) Good at client interaction
6)Should have experience in architectural and design review process at the
organization level
