We are in need of THREE Performance Analysts. See the detailed description for each position below. This is for the FEP/CareFirst in Washington D.C. so please ensure you don't send over any applicants who have already been submitted there. All candidates MUST be presently in the D.C. area. And all MUST have LoadRunner performance experience, and not just someone who has used it. Last, if you send any resume please please indicate for when position, #1, #2, #3. Again, all are clearly marked below. Position #1 - Performance Analyst Data Warehousing Project 9 months with a probable extension. Specific Required Skills 1. 3 - 5 years of performance testing experience in addition to programming skills in at least one of the following: C, C++, VB, HTML, Java. 2. 2+ year's professional experience in at least one simulation tool: LoadRunner, Performance Studio. 3. 2+ year's professional experience in at least one performance monitor: WebSphere/SNMP, NT PerfMon etc. 4. Proficient with object oriented development methodology and performance evaluation of application software. 5. Strong capability for executing performance simulations, capturing, analyzing and interpreting results 6. Prepare performance results for review and determine expected product scalability. 7. Analyze performance statistics (response time, throughput, network load, etc) of production applications to confirm performance projections and application usage trends. 8. Assist with troubleshooting of system and application performance related issues and recommend fixes. 9. Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize cross platform performance statistics and conduct capacity planning. Position #2 - Performance and Capability Analyst Claims Project 9 months with a probable extension. Specific Required Skills 1. Strong performance analysis experience. 2. Strong systems monitoring experience. 3. 3 - 5 years of performance testing experience in addition to programming skills in at least one of the following: C, C++, VB, HTML, Java. 4. 2+ year's professional experience in at least one simulation tool: LoadRunner, LoadRunner MQ, Performance Studio. 5. Strong working knowledge of XML 6. 2+ year's professional experience in at least one performance monitor: WebSphere/SNMP, NT PerfMon etc. 7. Proficient with object oriented development methodology and performance evaluation of application software. 8.
