Hello, I have following problem with cirdna an Text inside or outside of blocks:
If I use the example input file from the manual: http://emboss.sourceforge.net/apps/release/6.3/emboss/apps/cirdna.html#input.1 and "-posblocks 1" the given block text ist _not_ printed. If I use "-posblocks 2" the text is printed, but in a not readable way: http://tinypic.com/r/20t5wzs/7 Can you tell me what I do wrong or if this is a bug?
