The emboss.open-bio.org FTP mirror has been rebuilt
While the updated DNS info propagates for emboss.open-bio.org, this
should work -
ftp://54.243.166.98/pub/EMBOSS/
I should note that the current EMBOSS files are a collection of a few
different backup replica sets; now that the service is live again we'll
need someone from EMBOSS to eyeball and possibly make the fileset more
current.
