The latest CVS should be up to date, but I have made some changes to
EmbperlObject to handle relative paths more correctly, also there is a
change in epmain.c, because the older version did cache the same file twice,
if you include them via Execute, but form file that reside in different
directories. Both changes are necessary to make EmbperlObject more robust,
but they shouldn't break anything that had worked before.

I would like to see what's going wrong here, so could describe me more
detailed what part doesn't work anymore along with a embperl.log file, so I
can track it down and fix it.
