Goto Embperl.pm and add line 904 "!defined ($import) && " so it changes from


     elsif (!($optDisableFormData) &&
            !($r -> SubReq) &&
            defined($ENV{'CONTENT_TYPE'}) &&
            $ENV{'CONTENT_TYPE'}=~m|^multipart/form-data|)


to


     elsif (!defined ($import) &&
                   !($optDisableFormData) &&
            !($r -> SubReq) &&
            defined($ENV{'CONTENT_TYPE'}) &&
            $ENV{'CONTENT_TYPE'}=~m|^multipart/form-data|)


That should fix the problem, let me know if it works for you
