While trying to get Embperl to work with Apache 2.0, I had another idea what maybe the problem. To verfiy this, could you please send me the output of httpd -l I guess you have both, mod_perl.c and mod_dso.c in this list... At least this would explain the strange behaviour and is a setup that I didn't have tested so far.
