Do they serve the same pages?
No.

Does the two libraries have the same package name?
They are literally the same library, I install a package of libraries in sitename/data/. I need to switch to a normal perl install, but for now I've just been trying to keep them up-to-date and in sync on shared servers.

Note that I'm getting closer to nailing the "DBIx::Recordset returns empty data" problem, and it also appears related to cross-site library problems.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
